El Concejo Deliberante informa que se reunirá este miércoles 15 de mayo en Sesión Ordinaria para llevar adelante el siguiente orden del día:

Tema I – Tratamiento del “Informe y Memoria de Gestión Cuenta Ahorro, Inversión y Financiamiento. Correspondiente al Ejercicio Iniciado el 01 de Enero del 2023 y Finalizado el 31 de Diciembre del 2023.” Con la presencia del Intendente Municipal Contador Oscar A. Santarelli

En la noche del miércoles 27 de marzo, se reunió el Concejo Deliberante en Sesión Ordinaria. Presidido por la señora Sandra Villafañe y acompañada por la señora Amalia Molina, la señorita María Dick, el señor Mariano García Prado, el señor Julio Pistone, el señor Rafael Nievas y el señor Alejandro Montbrun, llevaron a cabo la sesión.

Tema I: Proyecto de Ordenanza «Adhesión al Decreto Provincial 0066/24 – Educación»: este proyecto adhiere al “Programa de Fortalecimiento Educativo Territorial – Coordinaciones Locales de Educación”. Que el decreto mencionado establece la creación de Coordinaciones Locales de Educación en las respectivas localidades con el propósito de garantizar el derecho a aprender a partir de la habilitación de un ámbito de encuentro para consensuar, evaluar y ejecutar iniciativas, proyectos y acciones educativas locales enfocados en lograr, a corto y largo plazo, trayectorias educativas completas para los/as jóvenes estudiantes. Agregando a su vez a la currícula programas locales. En el caso de nuestra localidad, sería sumar participantes al Consejo Educativo. Fue aprobada esta adhesión por unanimidad.

Tema II: Proyecto de Ordenanza «Modificación Código de Faltas»: este proyecto establece un texto ordenado del Código de Faltas Municipal, agregando y modificando artículos de procedimientos. Este proyecto surge del trabajo realizado entre concejales, la Juez de Faltas y el área de Control y Fiscalización. A su vez se dio orden al texto del Código de Faltas. Este proyecto fue aprobado por unanimidad.

Tema III: Proyecto de Ordenanza «Recomposición Tarifa de Remises» : este proyecto, luego de la nota de remiseros solicitando un 40% de incremento en la tarifa, y teniendo en cuenta la situación económica nacional y el desgaste que se produce en los vehículos, el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal luego de análisis de los informes técnicos correspondientes establece un aumento del 38%. Este proyecto también incorpora una prórroga de 180 días corridos, se tiene en cuenta la particular situación económica que hace muy dificultoso el cumplimiento de esos ítems por los costos que implica (valor de los vehículos y del repintado/ploteado de los mismos), dejando presente que la seguridad que prestan las unidades seguirá siendo estrictamente controlada para garantizar que estas prórrogas no afecten el desempeño adecuado de los remises. El proyecto fue aprobado por unanimidad quedando los valores los siguientes:

1 – Autorización de Habilitación Anexo de Rubro CCT: solicita anexar el rubro Confitería a un local ya habilitado como Panadería y Café al Paso sobre Corredor Central Turístico. Se decide continuar su tratamiento en una próxima sesión.

2 – División en Condominio – La Cristina: solicitan una división de condominio encuadrada en la Ordenanza 2065/2020, artículo 13. La excepción ocurre desde el inciso f del artículo mencionado. Por unanimidad se decidió no dar lugar a este pedido.

El Concejo Deliberante se encontró presidido por la señora Sandra Villafañe, acompañada por los concejales Amalia Molina, Pamela Corradi, Gonzalo Kohlmeyer en reemplazo de Leonardo Frankenberg, Doris Schiefer en reemplazo de Carlos Seyfarth, Sergio Favot y Ramón Graneros.

Se dio inicio al tratamiento del Tema I correspondiente al Proyecto de Resolución «Eximición de lotes por contraprestación a la Municipal», se encontró presente el Licenciado Mariano García Prado. Este proyecto abarca 4 inmuebles que son inundables o corren el riesgo de serlo, otros que han sido utilizados por la Municipalidad sin constituir las correspondientes servidumbres (ejemplo Red de Cloacas), otros porque obras municipales han generado en algunos lotes que sufran inundación de los desvíos pluviales. Todos estos casos, se resuelven en esta resolución ya que fue aprobada por unanimidad.

Carta 1 – Solicitud de Excepción Superficie de Lotes: Solicitaban la excepción para subdividir un lote en dos de 738 metros cuadrados. Ante la falta de datos solicitados por los Concejales, se decidió tratarlo en una próxima sesión.

Carta 2 – Subdivisión – Solicitud de Excepción Tamaño de Lotes – Zona Rural: Solicitaban la excepción de aprobación de un plano de subdivisión en zona rural, cuyo tamaño de lote mínimo es de 1 ha. En este caso, el proyecto de subdivisión presentaba 3 lotes de menores al tamaño mínimo. Por unanimidad se decidió no dar a lugar al pedido de excepción.

Carta 3 – Habilitación Comercial – Solicitud Código de Zonificación: Solicitaban la excepción al código de Zonificación para colocar un comercio de car detailing en zona R1. El Concejo Deliberante decidió solicitar información de salud e higiene y el impacto ambiental del lugar y tratarlo en una próxima sesión.

Carta 4 – Solicitud de Excepción Código de Alojamiento: Solicitaban la excepción al Código de Alojamiento para colocar un camping de 4500 metros cuadrados, cuando el Código mencionado establece que el mínimo de superficie de lote para camping es 30000 metros cuadrados para zona rural y 50000 metros cuadrados para los localizados en zonas rurales. Por unanimidad se decidió no dar a lugar a la excepción.

Tema III: Lectura y Aprobación de Acta sesión anterior: Los concejales presentes el día 27 de septiembre aprobaron el acta número 1663 correspondiente a esa sesión.
